    start with lesson 1 for beginners. Dave is a great teacher, just pay attention and keep trying.

    Hi Dave, i am 14 and i have bought a fly tying kit off ebay with over 80 types of feathers and around 15 packets of chenille and marabou each along with tools and thread, varnish etc. have you any advice on where to start ?

    Why possum – seemingly expensive rather than local rabbit (often free in the country) even if the aussies are overrun with possums and keen to to get shot of them?
    Why two pieces of floss rather than one continuous piece and is the floss the same as the one Steve Parton sells to Mr Shipman and is used by Van Klinken
